GOVERNING LAW & VENUE: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Buyer agrees that any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the equipment shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, and Buyer hereby submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
