The Warner & Swasey 3A is a robust turret lathe built for continuous production work. Its “square-head” saddle construction supports heavy cutting and long life. With swing over bed of ~24.5″, swing over cross slide of ~18″, a 4.5″ spindle bore, and up to 51″ of longitudinal travel, the 3A is capable of heavy turning tasks. Buyer agrees that any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the equipment shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, and Buyer hereby submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
